Focusing on ‘Kampung’ or traditional favorites from different states in Malaysia guests will surely be blown away with over 150 dishes of yummy, modern and traditional food offered at Hilton Petaling Jaya which makes “Jom Makan” at Hilton Petaling Jaya a colourful merriment of good food, get-togethers and a time to celebrate with fellow Malaysians and visitors from abroad.

At Paya Serai, Hilton Petaling Jaya’s well-known and most visited restaurant the team have come together and will be working closely with some amazing food truck vendors to offer guests best of two worlds from scrumptious spread of cuisines and local delights set up in a buffet spread as well as some amazing regional fast food you can find from what is known as uber-popular food trucks.

The scene is set and it’s close to sundown the chefs at Hilton Petaling Jaya light their charcoal and musicians get ready and tune their instruments in preparations for the evening's entertainment. Back in the day; food trucks are known to only sell ice creams, burgers and hotdogs but now food trucks are equipped to cook and sell food from variety of specialties and ethnic menus, including rojak, char kuey teow to satays.
