In conjunction with Tefal Carnival, Pacific West has collaborated with Tefal, the innovative leader in kitchen and home appliances to organize “Best Cook Is At Home” Cook Show on 26 November at Shah Alam Convention Centre. New improved Cheezy Fish Fillets was introduced with new recipes such as easy-to-prepare lunch box and take away food ideas. They were shared by Pacific West Chef, Chef Leong during the Cook Show.

Besides Chef Leong, Chef Bryan from Yum Yum Publications and Dr Ezani, the winner of Master Chef Malaysia were also invited to the event to launch a series of scrumptious recipes that are easy to prepare and perfect for year ending gathering. Chef Bryan has prepared Oriental Spring Roll with Tempura Fish Fillets and Pickles with Spicy Garlic Calamari Rings. While Dr Ezani presented Malay cuisines with Pacific West Black Pepper Tempura Fish Fillets and PW Salt and Pepper Squids.
